Eileen Xu Weithers has successfully executed commercial real estate transactions which total more than $200 million in value and included millions of square feet of office, warehouse and retail space combined. Eileen has also provided a variety of commercial real estate services which include acquisition, disposition, leasing, and investing. These services have crossed multiple commercial sectors including retail, industrial, office, land, hospitality and special purpose.
Moreover, based on a deep understanding and knowledge of commercial real estate, Eileen has also acted as an advisor & consultant to real estate development projects located in the Washington DC Metropolitan area. Those projects included multi-family, retail center and mixed use development.
Additionally, Eileen has a multi-culture background represented by her proficiency in the Chinese, Turkish and English languages. These skills have enabled her to build an unmatched link between international real estate investors seeking commercial real estate investment, and business joint venture opportunities within the US real estate market. Over the past 20 years, Eileen has offered exceptional value added services to local and international clientele comprised of business owners, private investors, government agencies and real estate developers.
