Cellerino Bernardino
A former Director of the Department of Public Works for the nation’s capital, Cell is currently Vice President of Development and Construction for Fort Lincoln New Town Corporation (FLNTC), a Washington, DC-based real estate development firm. At FLNTC Cell has managed the planning, design, and construction of multiple townhome developments, and a 400,000 sf “green” shopping center that includes DC’s first Costco and Lowe’s stores. Over a 35 year career, Cell has held planning, operations, and management positions in federal, regional, county, and municipal government; managed major infrastructure and real estate development projects, and served as a consultant to the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey (PANYNJ), the Peterson Companies, Pulte Homes, and others. An NCI certified Charrette Planner and Public Meeting Facilitator, Cell consults in the areas of organizational development, land use and transportation planning, and scenario planning.
